PT Click

PT Click are special extruded profiles that allow you a quick and safe assembly of TO220, TO247 and other cases through an easy clip insertion in a groove. Choose the best fitting profile within our selection or contact us to get support for any customized design. All the profiles are available cut to different lengths and with solderable pins, according to your needs.

PT Sink

Priatherm is able to satisfy your thermal management needs either with PT Sinks from standard extruded aluminum profiles, as well as developing and designing them from custom profiles which can be extruded on demand.

The dimensional range goes from few millimeters up to 500 mm and the maximum linear weight is 30 kg/m.

The thermal contact surface between our PT SINKs and the corresponding power modules is perfect due to the very high level of flatness achievable (0.003/100 mm). A wide sort of surface treatments are available:

  • Black or colorless anodizing
  • Hard anodizing
  • Surtec

PT High

PT Highs are “high fin ratio” heat sinks obtained by brazing pure aluminum fins on an aluminum extruded base plate, with a very robust design (for instance withstanding shock and vibration levels defined in standard IEC 61373 for Category 1, class B or Random Vibrations according to IEC60068-2-64 method 1, severity 2).
When the heat exchange surface of an extruded profile is no more sufficient to ensure the requested cooling performance, PT High heat sinks allow to reduce the gap amongst the fins by brazing them without any air or glue gaps, which might worsen significantly the heat sink thermal properties.
